Sometimes you may find that your Dr. Brown’s Straw Cup has leaked liquid out of the top. That’s because when any closed cup has a straw, by design, pressure can build up inside the cup. Pressure builds for many reasons, but the main reasons are temperature changes or pressure changes outside of the cup (such as traveling via airplanes). To avoid this, simply keep your straw cup closed when not in use. When you go to use it, slightly unscrew the cap to release the pressure before using the straw.
